  1. If the Russian missile ship had a CCTV in the compartment where the fire started, why weren’t there any fire detect, alarm or fire suppression system in that compartment? Fire at sea is a major concern for any ship! This shows how corrupt and incompetent the Russian military is, or it was really a Ukrainian attack in Kaliningard and the Russian navy tried to save face by lying about the fire!
