It’s funny how the policeman with the drawn baton is yelling and pushing the other policeman toward the guy yelling to take him while the other police officers stand around watching. In the US all the cops would have their baton swinging and jumping on the guy on the ground to cuff him on the ground, instead being polite and standing around waiting for their turn at the guy.
