  2. America's population is increasing from illegal immigration . Chinas is falling like a rock and is going to nose dive . India cannot even feed its people and is at war with China on their borders . Besides No One wants to live in the most of teh BRICS countries anyway ...They all want to live in the Western Democracy's so the wealthy from those nations will just run with their wealth and settle in the west like many of the wealthy Chinese already have , None want to stay in China under oppressive Communism. Only when your POOR do you want to bypass the Dollar. The Dollar Rules and living in the west is the Best and most desirable . You want to live in Russia ? China ? even India ??? I mean India is nice too visit but its Dirty , with a billion uneducated poor people scrounging a living off the streets . No thank you . Ill stay in the west under the Dollars reign with all the wealthy Russians , Wealthy Chinese , many wealthy Indians ....
