  1. California is losing a lot of tax base . The state is going to have a hard time to keep funding their State Pension obligation's . In 10 or 15 years they will not be able to make current payments and they will default and have to " renegotiate " the pension payouts . Pensions will get paid at only a 40% level of promised monthly payments . That will be a great day for clarity about the rule of Liberal democrats and the stupid California voters .
