  1. Yes , my job also, at a university , Either get teh vaccine or be Fired... I have excellent performance reviews for 8 years I have been here and I would have been cut like a POS , They didn't care about my Mortgage , Car payments , Food costs, Nothing .....Just Obey or be Fired

  2. Yep, The Trades have finally been recognized . There is a big gap between the older guys and teh new people in the Trades because most guys went into computers . So you have very talented and experienced guys in their 50's and then young guys in their 20's ....not much in between
