I see the common thread of all the problems in investing in China ....When the contractor gets the Money from the bank and the people ( investors ) that big Pile of money gets skimmed by the contractor . Either with or without the knowledge of the local government officials ( Bribe ) . That drives down pay and takes jobs from many older computer tech workers....now even beginner fresh out of college cant get jobs because they have no experience , but cant get any experiience.
