  1. Its called "Capitalism " and " Market " driven consumerism . Many Chinese people Like the " old man joy " electric cars and it fits their usage requirement's ns budget so it has become vastly popular . So there is a good market for them and the Pricing is right so the people want them and will buy them . Unlike the " top down " government centralized economic control of the communist state that will pick and choose winners and losers ( many chosen if they themselves can make money by pickling a friend ) .... that's called cronyism and corruption. The capitalist market will always be the best because its market driven...the product that is the best and most desired will win if its priced right or it will fail if its not the best and over priced .... Who knows your likes and budget better...the Government or You the consumer ?
