  2. Its the Corruption , kick backs, Cronyism insider trading , Bribes to government officials that seem to make doing any business or real estate transactions insane in China . The Fraudulent way contractors get the money and only finish half the building then seem to run out of money or just plain disappear ?! I wouldn't buy any real-estate in China . A corrupt and fraudulent Legal system is the cause . Buyers have no recourse and when the money is split between the corrupt contractor / Bank / local officials and leaves the poor home buyer with Nothing and no recourse ... People can only take that for so long before they rebel
