  2. The problem is that China toof off like a rocket economically but the CCP and local governments spent like crazy wives with unlimited credit cards . They government build insaine high speed trains , stations , Highways , Air ports, Harbors and ports facilities, Industy built huge factorys , massive modern buildings and all on the assumption that the Money would never stop comming in . Well the money has stopped and loans are Due and the local governments have No money . Only the elites have money and the ability to make money . China is devolving and economy is devaluing . China is reverting to the 1930's where there are surfs and the elite Royality of the CCP
