Note to Buyers of real Estate ...Never pay all the money up front for Unfinished or pre planned buildings , Either but already built apartments and homes or only pay in pre arranged stages of completion ... Once they ( the CCP ) have your money they will just keep it and then use their police to crush you to shut you up
