Amazing how many Chinese citizens do not understand how a Mortgage works . yes , you pay the majority of interest in the first part of the repayment . but that was all in the paperwork you signed ...The problem is that these people never considered that economies go up and economies go down . Unfortunately the Communist CCP has decided to be A hole communist and build up the military and threaten its Neighbor's and its major trading partners. SO those western Manufactures decided to move to friendly countries and " De Couple " from China . Unfortunately China depends on western Manufacturing and now they are all leaving and China is failing. Most Chinese don't know this because the Communist CCP has shut off the Chinese people from the outside world by controlling their internet . The only way the Chinese people will ever rise economically again is by getting rid of the Communist CCP. They are rich , fat and happy ...they don't care what happens to the people .
