So you are saying about how Commission based sales . like Medical and insurance people are having their Jobs disappear ( usually have college degrees ) ... while Blue collar Trades jobs are thriving ...so maybe being A blue collar will be FINALLY ahead of a college degree in value ....but women will still go for the college degree dudes
