  5. Teachers should be able to teach elementary , middle and high school without a college degree . Having a MAsters for being an elementary school teacher for 2 ed graders ? Silly ... Maybe the principle having a Masters degree. Young Single men women and bored house wives would plenty certified to teach elementary school children . The NEA has made the certifications ridicules

  7. Life is a great teacher... LIfe was real was for 30 years there , beat the Soviet union into the dust, We were the pinnacle of industry and manufacturing , on the top edge of technology . We kept telling the rest of the world..... " Hey , just do what we do and you will live great ! " well they did and Damn we cut our own throat , We exported out technology and countries with hungry peopel glamed on and started kicking our azz . Now we are dealing with competition and our children are SOFT as hell thanks to us parents ...Oh just go to college and life will be easy and great ....Take a student loan out to pay for it because you will make so much you can pay it right back in a couple years ... Well that grew into a monster and the bottom dropped out in the pay that those degree requiring jobs were offering ...so here we are , Soft kids , low testosterone , Sexuaslized young women , INcel young men and a nasty world of harsh competition.... we have to get tough again

  11. You have to change and get out of that poor paying job and get into the much better ones( I know , I know its easy to say ) . but NOT doing that will get you where ?! Learn a trade, its not that hard ...2 to 5 years and you can be making 100 k a year and you make fairly good money while your learning . Then you can take that knowledge and ability Anywhere . GET UP AND JUST DO IT !
