China needs to open the internet and allow their people interact with the world and they need to take the Iron boot off the peoples necks. Let the Chinese people's entrepreneurial spirit lose ! Let them start small business , street stalls, Small manufacturing, inventions supported , invest in small business, give tax breaks to those start ups and KEEP THE CORRUPTION AWAY from them .
