  1. Americas power grid is no where near able to handle even 15% electric cars .... Besides we need laws ahead of majority EV to keep Government from total control of your vehicle and ability to travel at will. Gas powered allow that freedom for the most part but full electric is far to easily controllable from a central command . Don't pay all your taxes or have a bad credit rating , vote for the wrong party don't use the correct pronoun's , central command can send a signal to your cars computer that limits your travel in YOUR car to a 20 mile radius from your house ....until you have capitulated to your new overloads demands .
