  5. I have one last small thing to say. The bigger the build up of all nations the closer we come to what all want to avoid. Takes one spark to burn down a house and more possible sparks make it more likely. But when forced what can you do otherwise? Perhaps reinforce a country attacked blatantly without any provocation. The world needs to wake up this is not going away any time soon.These dictatorships know there time to act for more territory is starting to dwindle. If it is let to continue without serious consequences with sanctions on the aggressor and armaments to the defender. This will continue around the world on a grander scale.
