  1. Can drones be charged by a 4 Patriots hand held charging device. I use it to recharge quite a few large items. there cheap. but can charge my phone very fast and a notepad same time. in 40 hrs it can recharge itself in sunlight. or be used with electricity for 6 hrs full recharge. Someone get some of these to ukrainian uav soldiers. it could be attached to top of uav and constantly charge a drone for a limited weight while in flight even and could enhance loiter time i do believe.please delete this message if that is actually being done. if not do it LOL
