Are you thinking of Sergei Dybynyn the Ukrainian anti-Trump activist? He has antifa ties, but I didn't hear he was arrested. Or maybe John Earle Sullivan, the BLM activist? He was arrested and instantly released of course! These two at least prove there were outside agitators in the mix.
