@The Great Pumpkin An ambulance was called quickly. Floyd was a liar. He lied about being innocent. He lied about being claustrophobic. He lied about not doing drugs. He lied about "just wanting to lay on the ground" because he continued to kick the officers afterward. It's reasonable to assume he was faking distress.
