Well that is interesting. I would be surprised they were capable of that. Locus have a natural instinct to devour food and how could you possibly control them? No telling where they might go from there they could go in any direction that the wind is blowing. Sometimes the wind doesn't even have to blow and they might go and any Direction They See opportunity. It doesn't seem practical to me but I'm not an entomologist or a specialist in zoobiology by any stretch of the imagination. Furthermore oh, I would be surprised that any kind of government funding for such a project would go to a private university that doesn't have the resources of a State University. It would be more believable if they said it was like from Ohio State University or something.

Putin gave it all the right it to exist that it needed beforehand if he had done just nothing NATO would have died of apathy from its neighbors. I'm confused about this. How would a belgorod People's Republic relate to Russia when it was part of the Russian Federation to begin with? Why would Russia want that when they could still be part of Russia Federation. The only possible explanation I could possibly think of is that it would be an excuse by Russia not to pay for rebuilding War Damage Done to belgorod. It doesn't even make sense as a buffer state between Russia and Ukraine.

Well that is a weird and interesting idea. To do that Germany would need the help and cooperation of Poland at least. Therefore any redrawing of the borders between those two countries would have to be agreeable to both of them. Otherwise your plan would never work.

No there is actually a private university in Missouri. I believe it's St Louis Missouri called Washington University at Missouri. I believe originally they did not want to be confused with the private university in Virginia called Washington and Lee.
