@jeffreyrigby2387 you're wrong about Darwin. I'm sorry if it goes against your religious beliefs. But it's the best working hypothesis. Evolution is change through time. Change and the speed of light are the two constants in the universe.

@jeffreyrigby2387 oh please! No offense but I don't believe you. Maybe you don't consciously apply religious beliefs but it certainly seems that you do so on an unconscious level at least. Most scientists don't disagree with the theory they disagree with some of the details of the theory. I am so tired of people saying that we did not descend from apes. That's not what the theory stated both species Apes and humans both descended from a common ancestor. Even so we're a lot closer to Apes than you would like to admit. So how do you count for human origin then. Like we were made from a lump of clay or something? Animal species did come according to most of the fossil evidence. One can see the progression if they're open-minded enough to see it. However there is a theory and it's a theory that life may have began in the mud of ancient tidal pools.

That is a possibility that small mammals might have contributed to the demise of dinosaurs by eating their eggs. Especially the smaller dinosaurs I guess. The larger ones were probably wiped out because they had no where to hide but their eggs could have survived and were eaten by mammals and Early avian dinosaurs I suppose. It is an interesting hypothesis.

@Captain-Awesome use your head instead of blind belief. If you deny evolution you deny change. Evolution is nothing but change through time. Look around you Everything Changes sooner or later. You're just a sheeple believing and blind Authority that has no proof but only faith that is true. Where is the methodology in your system.

@jeffreyrigby2387 since you said their opinionated guesses then show me the proof. And I think you're wrong about the dwindling group of scientists. There are a lot of pseudo scientists out there. Keeping an open mind is very important to science it's a basis of science. As new data comes in science must make adjustments. However it must be that the hypothesis derives from the data. And not the day of being selected by the hypothesis. Why are you so opposed to the theory of evolution if you're not religiously motivated?
