yeah I remember hearing about Russia mining the damn several months ago . unfortunately I didn't pay much attention to it then.

@JakeBroe when and if Russia loses this war, relief from sanctions should be tied directly to how much money for reparations that Russia pays first . for every dollar or Euro that Russia pays some reparations an equivalent amount of relief from sanctions should occur . it might be a rather complicated formula but I think it could be worked out .

@nyaatell now that makes sense . I keep forgetting that 9.5 times out of 10 that whatever comes out of a Russian's mouth will be a lie .

very good ! people with any kind of intelligence at all, know that Russia did it and that Russia is a nation of pathological Liars. they have been caught in so many lives over this past year and a half that in the few cases that they actually do tell the truth the facts nobody believes them anymore . they are like the boy who cried wolf .

@riparianlife97701 yeah I can't remember if it was the British or the Americans but I think it was the British who blew up the dam of the German heavy water plant because they knew that Germany was on the verge of of inventing an atomic bomb. World War II was a brutal Total War for survival . so yes the Allies which included Russia back then resorted to anything that would help them defeat the Nazis and the Japanese. except they did respect some rights of prisoners . however but sometimes acceptable and World War II is no longer that way now . Russia though is still fighting World War II and their minds .
