  1. I personally would like to see some right to roam laws but with some restrictions such as don't get too close to the owner's house, or any Gardens, or trash wherever you may go. That is one must respect the land. If the land that the owner owns is really vast, he often times just does nothing with it. So the argument that private property laws encourage Improvement is not always true, plus it encourages class distinctions snobbery and class Warfare. It begins to give some validity to Karl Marx's arguments even though he unfairly condemned the middle class and not the upper classes.
