I had to sleep on the idea what to tell you about the Air Raids . Then I thought about what we do where I live about the weather during early spring and sometimes late fall where we have the storms that produce Cyclones the which can generate Winds of 160 kph or greater. Will we have we have what they call watches and warnings. During watches everybody goes about their business but stays alert just in case there's warnings . Then we can head for shelters and some people have underground shelters or stormproof rooms. They're also people that are called Storm Chasers that are out searching for storms. They then relay their information to the Weather Service . Plus there are sirens located about 32 km away from each other either in a triangular pattern or Square pattern . When there is a warning the sirens will go off . Maybe Ukraine can adapt something similar for the migs. It would help also if there could be some kind of observation at Russian military bases to determine whether or not Russia is loading those kind of missiles on their planes. I guess what I'm trying to say is what a female engineer one time told me who had graduated from Georgia Tech that is always a solution to a problem it may not be a perfect solution or a necessarily good solution but there's always a workable solution. She had worked on the project that developed the first cruise missile and was part of the team that had to convince President Ronald Reagan to purchase them for the military. My point is you just can't let the Russians just have a win-win situation for themselves . There has to be a flaw somewhere in their system to be taken advantage of to counteract them. As one of our founding fathers Ben Franklin once said we all have to hang together or we will hang separately .
