Germany needs to realize you can't really negotiate with Putin. He stated that he won't stop till he gets what he wants which is the Old Warsaw Pact. I would imagine that would also include Eastern Germany the old DDR. Germany is involved whether they want to be or not thanks to mr. Putin. It would behoove Germany to send or sell as many weapons as they can afford to Ukraine. Putin's last name roughly translates into English as a more polite term for farting. BTW.

To try to negotiate with Putin it's like trying to negotiate with a python. Putin has already said he's not going to stop until he gets what he wants. Imagine part of that would be the old East Germany the old DDR. It would be beneficial for Germany to send or sell weapons to Ukraine. The more Russia gets bogged down in Ukraine the less they will be able to invade somebody else successfully. If this war ends fairly soon you can count on Putin attacking another country. Maybe somebody a little smaller and weaker the next time such as Moldova or maybe Finland. Then they will attack NATO countries.
