@SpinDoctors Without Borders Russia has been manufacturing it and hoarding arms for decades. Didn't you see any videos where Prigoshin had found this cave in Solodar that was filled with ammo and World war two era thompson machine guns from the u s and british vickers machine guns left over from lend lease. He was even bragging about what a great job russia had done in preserving those weapons.

Putin speech might have been an attempt to appeal to the Brics countries thinking they would be gullible enough to believe it. Maybe some people in india would because they want to believe it.

@хорошая жизнь That doesn't upset me at all because I was aware of that. That's why ukraine couldn't have done the attack on the Kremlin. It had to be either A false flag operation, anti Putin partisans inside of Russia, or Secret ukrainian special forces but I don't see how they could carry that off that far away and get away with it. Russian security would probably Catch them easily.
