@Incorruptus1 Well, one could look at it as a small beginning. Her exposure from where she came from could inspire others to be bold enough to speak out. Plus she would work well for the western media. There have been other Russian people who have spoken out such as the Russian dude from Canada, Konstantin of INSIDE RUSSIA and now Ivan of Sanctioned Ivan. The common denominator is they all left Russia to do it. The ones that had some power and influence in Russia before they left life this woman and Konstantin and a few others could throw more weight around as for knowing what they are talking about.

@jmatt98 Keep up with your current affairs. Europe is doing more to defend themselves. Especially eastern European countries. Many, if not most, of these countries are spending a lot percentage of their GDP on defense spending than the U.S.A. is. Sure we don't need to be the world policeman and even probably shouldn't but it doesn't let us off the hook or mean that we shouldn't take a stand and defend what is right and ourselves. Sure it would be nice if we be isolationist again but Putin, Xi Jinping, Kim Jong-un,and now Iran have made this impossible. They will not let us be isolationist who only trade with others because if we do they have shown they will be even more aggressive. You are living in a dream world if you don't think so. Thanks to them we are involved whether we like it or not.

Trump and Putin are very much alike. That's why Trump likes him. Putin, though, I think is smarter and could manipulate Trump very easily by playing on Donald's ego.

This was extremely interesting and enlightening . Andrei has validated and further confirmed much what I thought about Putin . and also corroborated what I thought he might do in the future. however I did not consider that he would completely take over Belarus before the baltics and I wasn't sure if he would attack the Baltic countries or Moldova first. we need to wake up to the fact that Putin is a very dangerous and evil man !

Possibly, hopefully. Hard to say. It might at least cause a delay in action until the dust settles from the regime change. Whoever takes charge I guess he will want to put his own people in. At least, it would give Ukraine some rest and recovery time.

@That_Guy_Says_Hi After 2 plus years of observing this war, one thing I have learned is Russia very, very seldom tells the truth. When they do, it is either to cause confusion and chaos, or to make their lies a little more believable or to cause doubt about what really happened.
