Yeah I think he's trying to walk a fine line and stand up for India's interest too. That's understandable. I think it was commendable that he had the character to reprove or admonish Putin on his policy in Ukraine. That took some courage on his part especially in what Russia has traditionally considered it's backyard.

@nainaparashar1205 it's somewhat hard to tell what's happening in Armenia because they're so little reliable information coming out of that part of the world. It's hard to take a stand until you can figure out what's going on.

When he said Putin has a distorted worldview that just about summed it up in a nutshell. Everything he has done so far has caused everything that he didn't want to happen. He is not operating in the long-term interest of the Russian people. He just wants to satisfy his wounded ego after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
