  17. If Russia is successful and Ukraine I think they would attack Moldova first before a NATO country. Then I imagine they would attack the Baltic states maybe launch strikes against Poland. Either way Putin has caused so much damage to his army that he would not fare well against NATO.

There seemed to be a little bit of an element of plausible deniability, but on the other hand it might be practically impossible for Ukraine to control all of these groups that are operating behind Russian lines. Another point is, black markets always seem to arise whenever there's a conflict and they are extremely difficult to stop. Where there is money involved somebody somewhere is going to look the other way. Plus there are a lot of arms dealers who are shrewd enough to know how to get their products on the market without getting caught.

Not just foreign aids that we give people but also we have some of The most non governmental charitable organizations in the world. We and the united kingdom. Almost all of these n g o's Perform charity without any particular agenda other than to aid and give relief to people who need it. Many are religious religious but some are secular or non denominational. They see charity as a duty.
