Not just foreign aids that we give people but also we have some of The most non governmental charitable organizations in the world. We and the united kingdom. Almost all of these n g o's Perform charity without any particular agenda other than to aid and give relief to people who need it. Many are religious religious but some are secular or non denominational. They see charity as a duty.

  8. I think in their minds human wave attacks worked in the past so they ought to work now. It worked well for them against the Nazi army on the eastern front during during world war two. The German army either ran out of ammunition or their equipment broke down due to overuse.
