Another point is, if Russia did happen to win this war, and annexed Ukraine, that land and maybe other surrounding areas due to fall out would be totally useless to them. @bustercheeks4116 agreed. No telling what direction the winds could blow and when. These weapons would be very unreliable. Sure they could destroy a limited area and turn it into a radioactive Wasteland but no telling where the Fallout will go. And after covid we all know about biological weapons respect No Boundaries whatsoever. Bacteria and viruses could care less about human politics.

Well that's a different topic for discussion and probably one that needs to be discussed but it has to be the focal point of the discussion and not just a red herring.
