  2. Well Wagner are Mercenaries and are probably many of them were combat veterans. But a lot of those got killed or maimed so now they're using criminals. But I think a better comparison would be there like Special Forces but with a special ruthlessness and brutality to them that a lot of Special Forces around the world don't find necessary or justifiable.
