@godknightomega they didnt remove the flag lol. They just switched it. They didnt ban the old flag, and they didn’t prohibit you from flying it. The new one is better because it serves the purpose of a flag and is better to look at

@godknightomega it was not identifiable. You cannot read the seal nor see the flag from hundreds of miles away. The point if a flag is to be able to recognize and armed force from hundreds of miles away. Not history, not feelings, not anything of the sort. So COPE

@pistonburner6448 a flags soul purpose is for people to identify a group or location from far away. Thats it. Thus having a unique flag with bright colors and simplicity are important. So no it is YOU who is wrong.

I like the new flag. The old one was very ugly. I think most flags need to be redone because they are not able to distinguish between most states.

@pistonburner6448 clearly you dont know history. A vast majority of nations flags only came into existence because they could be seen from ships. And flags that are identical typically come from countries that just came into existence and tyoically are 3rd world. But yes that is its sole purpose

@godknightomega no i very much like old art. What i hate are cluttered pieces that are unappealing to the eye. Old european architecture is amazing and goes great with simple flag designs. A flag itself is a symbol of a nation. A flag filled with symbols destroys the flag and the nation
