  2. Not just the exchange of information but it makes it a crime to use a VPN and it gives them the power to imprison you for literally nothing, seize all your property, 20 years in prison and 1 million dollar or more fine.

  4.  @Deadlyonetwo3  it will allow the government to access all online information you have including, desktop applications, posts, online security cameras, and any service or applications that has a million or more users. It will make VPN usage illegal. It will allow them to seize everything you own, imprison you for 20 years and charge you a million dollar fine if you are deemed a “national security threat” which is defined as any person deemed a threat to national security.
