You cannot carry firearms nor have a right to self defense in California. Plus the “peace index” doesn’t count foreign crime statistics. Meaning anytime a non-native person kills somebody in Europe its not counted because “muh racism” Also every state with the right to carry and own are safer then europe in its entirety. Where i live we would be classified as the #2 safest country on earth if it wasn’t for the rest of the country.
