I dont buy it. the greatest warriors of our past got drunk after a hard day of work and are revered. And yet us drinking is bad?

@alaskayoung3413 no, because of historical literature, art, fables, genealogical data, anthropological discoveries, as well as the frequency of achoholic relics all over the place.

@GurasLastShrimp for most of the islamic empire almost all elites and rulers drank. Also the Islamic empire collapsed and now has turned into pretty bad place. So i dont think that was quite the point you were trying to make

@GurasLastShrimp also muslim alchemist were responsible for a more efficient type of distillation allowing for more production of alcohol. And during the islamic empire alcohol wasn’t even banned or prohibited.
