I don’t see hearings about the “summer of love” when far leftists burnt down cities and killed over 100 people. I don’t see these people getting arrested nor charged for their crimes.   7.  @censoredopinions  uh the rule of law is absolute. Meaning that if I’m one instance it isn’t applied at all. And in the second scenario it’s applied to the max. That’s discrimination in the law which is against the rule of law. Either it applies in both instances or it applies to neither.

Either they apply it equally or they lose their right to enforce the law in its entirety because they cannot be trusted to do it fairly and impartially. The rule of law is an absolute and if it is not treated as such then it will cease to exist.
