  4.  @bluealteran4599  I don’t think you understand how this works. You cannot claim to represent people when you yourself have no idea what law you are passing. I individually cannot change who is in congress. Thus their must be measures in place to ensure that everyone is actually represented. Omnibus bills should be illegal because no person or persons is capable of reading that many pages. Thus it is impossible to know what you are passing, meaning their is no reason you should be able to take a vote on it.
