  2. It’s not weird at all. It’s been found that Disney wrote the contract for RDK which is ILLEGAL. Disney is a corporation that has been given the power of a city. Not only that but by Disney being involved in RDK and claiming that punishing RDK Is a violation of Disney 1st amendment right is Disney admitting to fraud. Disney should not exist because of the fraud and felonies they have committed.

  5.  @petercollins7730  I don’t think you understand. Disney wrote wrote a contract for themselves on behalf of a city government that’s supposed to be independent. Under the reedy creek agreement they aren’t allowed to do that. It’s a specific rule taht disney is sopposed to follow because they get so much power.

  7.  @ft4903  I would if I could send outside links but I can’t. But regardless Disney has been given tax credits and is allowed to change property evaluation rules which is the Disney “brand” no longer impacts property prices in the area among other rule changes.

It means Disney gets to pay less taxes whilst simultaneously charging people 600 dollars a night because of the “Disney brand” on thier property even if you aren’t in the parks. And since Disney has been controlling RDK they have immense sway over property valuation in general. Meaning Disney is avoiding taxes. Which is unacceptable.

Which based on his own argument would mean Disney and Reedy creek have committed bond fraud. If you don’t believe me you can watch the live stream. And the current law suit is because the board nullified Disneys contract with Reedy creek which Disney lawyers actually wrote. Which is illegal. AND Disney failed to follow the laws around notifying and meeting with the property owners of lake bueno vista and the other province out thier and failed to inform them about the contract which Disney illegally wrote which allowed them to seize and control both of those areas lands and tax funds. without those areas consent.

  12.  @ft4903  I would advise you to read the Reedy creek contract as well as the emails and documents that prove Disney illegally wrote a contract for themselves in place of Reedy creek writing it.

  13.  @ft4903  Disney failed to comply with statutory notice requirements, such as notifying affected property owners by mail of the new development agreement and attempting to confer governmental powers to a private business. They failed to send a Notice of intent to consider a development agreement which should also be mailed to all affected property owners before the first public hearing.
