Lol no. He’s actually wrong. Not only did he not read through other documents. But he also missed the fact that 99% of Americans already have access to the broadband internet He also thought that fedeal land that cannot be legally lived on needed broad band internet. SMH

Wrong. Discrimination as defined in the document is “discrimination based on race, ethnicity, country of origin or social class” That is defined by the FCC. So you are just plain wrong. Specifically because no such discrimination exists

@windsoboreas6073 except in said document “regional discrimination” does not exist and is not defined or talked about AT ALL in the FCC rules. So this is 100% a power grab

This is why people should learn how to manually encrypt text before they send so that if end to end is breached, the still have to decrypt the text
