  1. It’s pretty obvious to me as an older, 68, American, that opinions have replaced facts in far too much reporting. There is always going to be bias in what’s covered, but I’m going to point a finger at Fox News, who’s fact rating on media bias is far below that of it’s leftist counterparts.

  2. I understand that this explanation is sort of by-the-history-book, but I don't think people are incorrect when using fascist as interchangeable with autocratic or dictatorial. Most military dictatorships are relatively fascist even by the historic use of the term. Franco in Spain certainly qualified. It's generally applied to right wing ideas, but I think Marxist Leninism and Maoism can certainly be called fascist.
