The sexual revolution happened organically and served to pull America out of Christian imposed sexist and anti-sex dogma. Was it all good? no cultural upheaval is ever all good. But it's ludicrous to think women would choose to go back in time. Perry and Harrington are accurate on the point that the 'revolution' didn't benefit women as much as men, but that's simply because feminism had further to go and still does. @julessantana643 explain to me the difference between feminism and ‘post modern’ feminism. ‘I think the idea of white privilege is reprehensible’. Petersen says white America can’t be blamed for racism, that whites just happen to be in the majority so it’s really just majority privilege. I’m a white American and that statement is a ‘reprehensible’ denial of US history. Climate alarmism is bs. 2 ft of rain in 24 hr storm in Ft Lauderdale, 1/3 of Pakistan went under water last year. If 95% of doctors said you had cancer, would you call that cancer alarmism. Your not a Republican/libertarian/‘independent’?

I agree that life is not partisan, but todays MAGA/GOP is unrecognizable to my 68 year old experience.

The ERA, first conceived in the 1920's still hasn't become part of the constitution, men still hold strong majority positions of power in religion, government (66%) and business (75% of Fortune 500 CEOS). Peterson has said that since Europeans conquered N America it is only right that they have privileges, which is just historical nonsense. He's also stated that Russia is merely protecting itself from Western degeneracy by invading Ukraine. No American president until Trump has ever gone soft on Russia, a policy resulting in the fall of the USSR and the freedom of half of Europe and the former soviet states. Backing down to tyrants is a fool's foreign policy. You simply parrot Peterson's climate change evasions, as if the science wasn't in, as if the debt and deaths for historic fires, floods and heatwaves weren't piling up. I"m 68. Reagan was president when the USSR fell, but I don't recognize this version of the GOP.

Abortion is going backwards, that's not post modern, that's antique Christian misogyny. And you parrot Peterson's climate denial, as he does by calling it alarmism, never mind all the science, devastating costs of historic floods, fires and hurricanes, the near impossibility of getting flood or fire insurance in much of the country. I"m 68, I don't recognize today's GOP, MAGA whatever it is. Going soft on Putin, which both Trump and Peterson have done is something no American president of either party has ever done.
