  1. Sowell is a dogmatic conservative who claims that Obama was America's worst president, and absolutely ridiculous opinion to go along with the rest of his arch conservative views. In his view, Civil Rights legislation and Affirmative Action were to blame for the poverty of black, never mind lynching, red lining and racism that continues up to this day. Some genius. He's only a mediocre economist.
