  34. I think there’s middle ground here. Changing people’s gender before they’re fully grown has to be a very carefully made decision with lots of professional input. Even the Scandinavian countries who are in the forefront on this issue are taking a more measured approach. On the flip side, the same people who didn’t like gay marriage don’t like transgender. And the noise about kids being groomed sounds an awful lot like ‘Democrats are grooming kids for pedophilia’ conspiracy nonsense.
