  4. "relentless western narrative that the West is noble while Russia and China are evil". That's not a narrative, both those countries are dictatorships. There would be no counter-narrative from Mr. Sachs in either of those countries. Cross the leadership in Russia and you will be summarily tossed out an upper story window, China keeps a tighter lid on its actions, but people disappear there on a regular basis. I too believe that a negotiated settlement is probably the best end game here, but there's a reason this kooky nonsense doesn't play in the mainstream.

  7. I'm glad we have this YouTube channel. Democracy requires it. But what a load of false equivalency nonsense. China would indeed like to be a bigger player on the international stage. There's just one problem: tyranny. Democracies are not keen on taking 'advice' or 'leadership' from a government that has zero respect for civil rights. China's current alliance with Putin and N Korea tells you all you need to know about what China approves of. There is room for criticism of American foreign policy, but pretending that China cares about humanitarian causes is a cruel joke.

  8. As a voting 68 year old, I’ve never seen a bigger threat to democracy and the peace it maintains than the whole Fox et al conspiracy matrix. It’s trashing any shared sense of reality between liberals and conservatives.
