  10. My suggestion is to wait a little while longer. Prices on some building materials like 2x4s have decreased by a lot. Others are still stupid high. If we do head to recession this year, prices should drop further, and so should mortgage rates.

  20.  @itsme78932  yet you get the same ugly cheap plastic center stack throughout the line up. That's the thing that gets me about the f series. You spend up to 100k on a truck, and they upgrade the materials on things like the headliner, but they can't make a better looking center stack. The other thing that bothered me was on the lariat. If you got a seat color that wasn't black, the center console still had the black arm rest portion. How much more could it possibly cost to match it to the seat color?

  21.  @itsme78932  I'm not saying there should have been a 12 inch screen either. I like having physical controls as well. I just don't get the trend of pop up type screens. They look hideous and often times you have to reach to use them.
