  2.  Dicky Jones  He testified there was no Quid Pro Quo, then turned around and changed his testimony to say there was. You can't testify under oath and say he didn't do it and then come back and say he did do it. The courts don't like liars regardless of intent. The reason is you never know what is true coming from them. If they are willing to initially lie for whatever reason, it stands to reason they'd be willing to lie again for a different reason.
