  1. I'm in California and Nordstrom customer service is second to none. If I'm going to actually go to a store to buy clothes, I go there. Their return policy used to be absurd. They didn't require a receipt, the box it came in, nothing. Heck, you could have bought it at some other store and they'd take it back. I don't know if it's still like that. But they are the diamond of retail stores. here they have Nordstrom RACK, where they take the clothes at the season end and sell everything less than half off. i love the RACK.
