I'm first generation American with Canadian parents who came in the front door, not by smashing the side window and sneaking in. America welcomes immigrants, we just have a process by which to join the family. If you try and join otherwise, we are suspect of you. To do it the correct way you may have to wait a bit, but it beats breaking federal law. So our first meeting of an immigrant shouldn't be "so let me get this straight, you broke federal laws to come here, and you get to stay why?"

  22. I saw the dilemma with women's sports long ago. There will be no "real" women with athletic records eventually. Watch most any high school track and field meet in California nowadays. Sadly, the records are falling to boys who think they are girls. Wait until pro sports are affected. Imagine the tennis circuit. Williams wouldn't beat the 50th best man on the tour. It's going to be brutal.

That is to say, even people who don't care about the issue, associate the beer with the trans community. The "frat boys", as Alissa Gordon Heinerscheid called their main market, will not drink a beer that is associated with men who pretend to be women. No time passage will be sufficient to start drinking it again because other men will look side-eyed at a dude drinking Bud Light.

They'll never be tried unless they leave Russia and we get Interpol indictments and catch them outside Russia. That's unlikely, but believe me, we know who they are. This is SEPARATE from the collusion investigation. They aren't suggesting collusion, they are revealing the results of a very thorough investigation.
