China clearly didn't want to slow it from hitting the rest of the world or their economy shrinks by 30% and the rest of the world by much lesser. They needed every country to be hit as hard as them and they need to pay financially for this decision. We need to restructure our debt to China and just tell them what percentage we are not paying back as a cost for their behavior. Whatever they cost us financially, we need to tell them they aren't seeing that amount paid to them.
